I had a message from Ian if I could go and take some portrait photos of his family one time. I was initially very reluctant to do that as it just didn’t seem right. Anyway he kept on and I eventually gave in. So I packed my kit and arrived early evening at their place. I took the photos they wanted and they seemed happy with the results. This time I used my own camera as I wanted to take the photos away and edit them so they could see the difference from the ones straight out of the camera.

Once the portraits were done, Ian took the children to his parents as it had been arranged that I would stay and do some photos of Donna as before. After our last session I was wondering where this time would lead.

The short answer is no where! I did the usual – took photos of Donna in various outfits. But it was clear that she wasn’t really into the session this time. I chatted to her and she explained that she was very tired and wasn’t really in the mood.

We did one more set of photos before I called it a night and packed up. As I was leaving, I got a quick kiss on the cheek and that was that.

I must admit to being a bit bored of the whole scenario now and it looks like Donna might be too. I really do not know where this is going or even if I will be going back now.
