Being in the area again, I called into Kestrels for a couple of hours. The car park looked quite full so I was optimistic that it might be busy. I went in to pay the entrance fee and couldn’t find my membership card. It should have been in my wallet but somehow it must have fallen out. I said I would pay the non-members fee instead. No problem except I didn’t have any photo ID with me. After a few questions about the layout to check that I had been in before I was allowed in.
I changed, showered and had a wander about to see who was there. The car park was deceptive as there weren’t many people inside after all. I sat in the Jacuzzi which wasn’t as hot as previously and meant you could stay in for longer. The swimming pool was cooler than normal which was a bit too cool to stay in for long though.
I had the pool to myself at one stage until a couple walked in. I recognised them as the couple with the lady that I had played with previously. They got in the pool and we spoke about the temperature of the water. We got out at the same time to go into the Jacuzzi to warm up. They sat kissing and cuddling on the opposite side to me.
