Jane & I like to go off in the camper at weekends, & have a lovely time away in our wonderful local, National & International parks. It’s just us, the dogs, & bags of goodies.
This trip was relatively local, it was a wonderful warm & sunny weekend, & the only downside was the midges.
The camper packed, & off we went, tunes on the stereo, doggies secured in the back, albeit with enough lead to move about, but not cause havoc, & off two ladies in the prime of their lives ( a few years between me & Jane (“Dusty told me to write that, regardless of how many times i tell her she looks younger than me, & it’s irrelevant as far as I’m concerned & no one else’s business”) drove off to the peace & tranquility of the forest.
The next blogs will be what we got up to on our wonderful weekend away.
Hopefully this has set the scene, & we both look forward to the following blogs that will share our experiences & enjoyment. Please feel free to add your comments as we go along the journey & the events that bring us both happiness & fulfilment, & break the monotony of daily chore………
