Been a bit quiet lately. Work has been hectic and life at times difficult and sometimes it is hard to smile. But I read this today and decided to put it here so I can remember it and smile....and think of the magnificent people of ukex....xxxxxxx

Hello Cat, I only know you as a lady I admire however it pains me to know you are not so happy at the moment, I hope that as time goes by your circumstances change and we can once again enjoy your posts whether it be your pictures or encouraging comments.

Finding energy to act is sometimes the hardest part!!
Being bold and strong is often easy to say but bloody difficult to put into practice.
