It had been a few weeks since I had last seen Dianeso I was pleased when she contacted me and asked if I wanted to meet up. A club not too far from either of us was reopening after having some refurbishments and she wanted to go. I said I would and we arranged to meet outside and go in together. The club is on an industrial park so parking was not a problem. I got there first and waited for Diane. She pulled up and I walked over to meet her. We had a quick kiss and cuddle before going inside.
There club had expanded into some more rooms and no boasted a Jacuzzi and some more rooms. The Jacuzzi was a portable one so was more a deep paddling pool with bubbles being blown in the sides. What I didn’t like was that it was in a small room which opened into a corridor / playroom. It just seemed to be too open for me. The other rooms were good and it was clear that some money had been spent on the new facilities.
The cub was well attended and I recognised some people from other clubs. We spoke to some people and chatted for while. Although there were a lot of people there, there was not much going on. It was a strange atmosphere; almost as if no one knew what they were there for. They couldn’t make up their minds if they were there for a social or to play. The social seemed to be winning. Once again the curse of the lockable room came into play. There were about 5 lockable rooms which some people went into and stayed there. I saw one room was being used by the same 2 couples for the 4 hours I was there. That’s the trouble with lockable rooms, some people monopolise them all night stopping others from using them. Whilst I appreciate that some people don’t want lots of people (men) watching them, there is no need to take over the room for hours. If that’s what you want then get a hotel room.
Diane and I left after about 4 hours. We had chatted a lot and seen the new facilities which were good. It will be even better with time and members get used to using the club more.
